Budgeting for Public Libraries

NOTE: It is quite tempting to take this kind of budget format as a "rule." Do NOT do that. Your library is not the same as the libraries that supplied these budgets. Your library has differing roles & goals. This is only an example of how ONE library split up its funds. Indeed these budgets have areas which are not the same as each other or the "national averages". For example, the "B" library budget.
