If we need something mailed we will tell you, usually a fax
with the original copy in the van service bag will save you the
cost of postage. We want you to call us for any
reason/problem that you want assistance with or just to talk it
over. That is why we have 800 numbers. You might find
that we have some very unusual resources that you can use to solve
a little problem. For example one of the librarians happened
to mention she was working on a bookmark but couldn't find
anything that was copyright free - NEILSA has a book of copyright
free clip art bookmarks.
