Several people and service providers are calling about that has happened to the funding for 2007 - 8.
Before funding can begin the 486 has to pass PIA review, below is a copy of the first two paragraphs of a PIA letter, below that is more comment from Ken.

Why this is important to you.
After these dates the Consortia application for services is closed and your request for funding will be dumped into a cleanup application that gets posted to the SLD at the last possible chance, not a good place to be. Requires a TP and other foolishness.
