Since there was/is so much confusion about this I am ignoring the deadlines and asking you to get it in ASAP.
When we get to close to SLD's deadlines, if you do not have stuff in I'll let you know.
IF you are applying for anything other than POTS you must have a technology plan in before we can include you in the Form 470.
And please note that an SLD deadline is not a consortia deadline, we need time to get our act together also.
